Sensitive information only for current guests.

Your property’s QR code stays the same. Wi-Fi passwords, key details and access information can still be protected for a specific stay. Guests unlock protected information with a six-digit stay code.

Important change? Inform guests directly.

Share a prepared message through WhatsApp or email, or copy the link. The message language can be selected in German, English, Hungarian, Italian or Croatian; the chosen app handles delivery.

Recommendations that fit the moment.

Personal host tips can help guests find suitable places for families, pets, rainy weather, hot days or other situations. For enabled properties, selected recommendations can also include a LOCAL Benefit such as a discount or special offer.

Changes and weather at a glance.

LOCAL can show guests which information has been updated since their last visit. Hosts can also optionally display current local weather and a short forecast directly in the guest guide.

Multilingual

Guest information in multiple languages.

Currently available: German, English, Hungarian, Italian and Croatian. You choose which languages are active and which one is used as the primary language. LOCAL’s language architecture can be extended with more languages.
